Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
1 Can of Coca-Cola (Not diet)
1 Pkt dried French Onion soup
2 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon of Mango or Tomato Chutney
1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
Method
(1) Place chicken in an oven-proof dish with a lid.
(2) Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the chicken.
(3) Cook for 1½ hours at 160°C, Gas Mark 3.
