Ingredients
128g Block of Raspberry Flavoured Jelly
250ml (9 fl oz) Semi-skimmed Milk
48g Sachet of Raspberry Flavour Angel Delight
Squirty Real Dairy Cream (chilled)
Selection of Fresh Fruit (peeled and sliced)
Method
(1) Mix the jelly with 200ml (7 fl oz) of boiling water in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
(2) Leave to cool, but not set.
(3) Pour milk into a separate larger bowl, adding the Angel Delight and whisk for 1 minute until creamy.
(4) Pour the liquid jelly into the Angel Delight and whisk again.
(5) Pour equally into 4 individual jelly moulds or bowls, and let them set in the fridge.
(6) Turn out the desserts, squirt cream on top and decorate with fresh fruit.
