Apple Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 Red Sweet Apples
200g Natural Yoghurt
100ml light Evaporated Milk
A pinch of Cinnamon
100ml Water

Method
(1) Prepare apples and save the peel. Roughly chop up the apples and the peel.

(2) Heat 100ml of water, add the apples and simmer until soft.

(3) Mash up the apples then add the peel. Stir in the yoghurt, evaporated milk and cinnamon.

(4) Put into a suitable container and place in the freezer. About every hour, remove and mash well until of a firm consistency.

Serve with any fresh fruit.
