100g (4 oz) Self Raising Flour
75g (3 oz) Hard Cheese (grated)
50g (2 oz) Margarine
1 Beaten egg
Pinch of salt
Dab of mustard
(1) Mix flour, salt and mustard together, then rub in the margarine.
(2) Mix in the cheese, and add enough egg to make a stiff dough.
(3) Roll out very thinly and cut into strips.
(4) Optional: Cut out some circles, and thread strips through, to make a fancy pattern.
(5) Place on a greased tray, and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C, 350°F or Gas Mark 4.
