Chocolate Crispies

100g (4 oz) Plain / Milk Chocolate
15g (½ oz) White cooking fat or butter
50g (2 oz) Sultanas
65g (2½ oz) Cornflakes or Rice Crispies

(1) Put broken chocolate and cooking fat in a basin over a saucepan of hot, but not boiling water. Stir until smooth.

(2) Take basin from the heat and stir in the Cornfakes (or Rice Crispies) and the sultanas, until they are fully coated with the chocolate.

(3) Drop mixture into 16 paper cases and leave in a cool place until set.
