Pasta Creole

175g (6oz) Pasta Shells, cooked
225g (8oz) Courgettes, thickly sliced
225g (8oz) Can of Chopped Tomatoes
1 Onion, peeled and chopped
1 Green Pepper, deseeded and diced
50g (2oz) Butter
Salt and Pepper

(1) Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the chopped onion and diced pepper and fry until cooked.

(2) Add the courgettes and tinned tomatoes, then cook for 15 minutes.

(3) Season and cook for a further 5 minutes.

(4) Add the Pasta Shells and reheat.

(5) Serve with crispy bread.
