2 Medium potatoes
2 Medium onions
2 Teaspoons of lager
2 Tablespoons of parsley
(1) Thinly slice potatoes and fry in a little oil.
(2) Add the onion (sliced), beat the eggs with the lager, and pour over the potatoes and onion.
(3) Cook on a gentle heat until browned on the bottom. Using oven-gloves, cover frying-pan with a plate. Turn omelette on to the plate so bottom of omelette is now on top. Return to the pan until brown.
(4) Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
