4 x 100g Frying steaks
300g Tin of condensed mushroom soup
100ml of water
5g Crushed pepper-corns
(1) In a non-stick frying pan sprayed with a little oil, fry the steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side.
(2) To make pepper sauce, gently saute 250g mushrooms (halved) and one onion finely chopped, until soft.
(3) Add the condensed mushroom soup, the water and the peppercorns.
(4) Heat gently until almost boiling.
