450g (1Lb) Minced Lamb
1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
2 Tablespoons Mild Curry Paste
2 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander (chopped)
3 Teaspoons Sunflower Oil
Salt and Pepper
(1) Put the minced Lamb in a mixing bowl and add the chopped onion, curry paste, chopped coriander and seasoning. Mix thoroughly using your hands, then shape into 4 burgers.
(2) Cover with cling-film and chill for 20 minutes in fridge.
(3) Heat the oil in a pan and cook the burgers, over a medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes (each side) until cooked through.
(4) Suggestion: Serve with 'Garlic & Coriander Mini Naan Bread', sliced tomatoes, and some fresh coriander.
